Terms of Use 


  Based on sincerity and conscience, what we have to say are as below: 

1 All buyers should read and agree with following terms before registering to become our member. 

2 All buyers should communicate with us in advance if have any problem, we will NOT answer for your complaint about Paypal or anything else without any communication. Otherwise, our cooperation will end immediately.  

3 We will NOT take responsibility for the following situation happened 
--- The address you give us is wrong  
--- Buyer refuses the parcel 
--- Nobody's at home when forwarder resend the parcel to you 
--- You are imposed duty at your local customs 

Note: 1)

EMS parcel will be automatically returned to sender, not by air, but by sea. It takes about 2-3 months to return to us. The parcel is often lost by sea. Most parcels can’ be received under this situation. For those parcels we got, if you still require, you need pay re-shipping freight.   

          2)DHL and SKYNET usually return the parcel only if sender pay full return freight which is expensive without any discount, in this case, we have to give up the parcel. Unless you agree to pay return freight and re-shipping freight. 

4 We don't accept return and replacement only if the items received is damaged on the way of delivery. The pictures and descriptions act as your reference, the exact thing is the goods what we send to you. If the item you received is wrong by our mistake, or damaged during shipping, please directly email us within 3 days after you receipt. We will replace for you or refund to you if you return the item to us. Still, we won’t take any responsibility for delay in feedback for a long time.  

5 We will refund 15% of total value of goods (excluding freight charge) for following  
----The item is lost during shipping 
--- The item is seized in any customs after dispatch from China 

For safety, please do not purchase from us if you don't agree with this term because 
we don't want to make any trouble in transaction. 

6 All pictures are for our customers only, please don't apply them to illegal use. 

7 All articles sold from this site are replicas and are intended to be used for entertainment purposes only. They bear no relationship to the brand names, nor can they be serviced by authorized dealers while these articles are authentic looking and of superior quality. They are not real brand names after all and are not allowed to be sold or resold as genuine ones. The owner of this site take NO responsibility for how people will deal with these articles after they receive and assume NO civil or criminal liabilities for the resale .Buyers first have to agree to all policies stated herein if they want to shop anyone of our items.
